2. What we don't do

No forms, no sign-ups, no visitor analytics, no profiling or advertising cookies. The page and the tours load nothing from third-party sites (fonts, scripts, maps, social media): your browser talks only to this server.

3. Technical data

• Server logs: IP address, date, requested page and browser type, as on any website. Used for security and troubleshooting and deleted automatically after a limited period.
• Password protection: after a wrong password, an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of the IP address is stored with the number of attempts, to block anyone exceeding 8 for 15 minutes. It is deleted on the first successful login or after 24 hours at the latest.

4. Cookies

Technical cookies only, which require no consent:

• syn_<code>: remembers for 30 days that the password for that tour was entered; valid only for its link.
• synapsi_admin: administrator session, only on the login page reserved for the owner.

The language is chosen from the page address, without cookies. Cookies can be deleted from the browser; without them the tour password must be entered again.

Why there is no cookie banner. A banner asks for consent to non-essential cookies (analytics, profiling, advertising). There are none here: the two technical cookies only make password access work and are exempt from consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE; AEPD cookie guidelines). A banner would ask for a permission that is not needed.

5. Legal basis and server

Legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server is in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH), within the European Union: no transfers outside the EU.

6. Email contact

Writing to info@gennari.es shares your address and message, used only to reply and kept for no longer than 12 months.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by writing to info@gennari.es; complaints to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
