2. Purpose

Synapsi is the platform Gennari Productions uses to publish 3D virtual tours created from on-site surveys. This presentation page is informative; each tour is private and opens only from the link sent by the owner, with a password where set.

3. Tour content

Images, 3D models and floor plans in the tours show spaces owned by the respective clients and are published with their consent. They may not be copied, distributed or reused outside the tour without permission. Floor plans are indicative and do not replace a technical survey.

4. Private access

A tour's link and password are personal: do not forward them without the consent of whoever received them from the owner. The owner may suspend a tour or change its link and password at any time.

5. Liability

The owner takes care over the accuracy and availability of the service but cannot guarantee freedom from technical interruptions or occasional errors.

6. Applicable law

Spanish and EU law, in particular Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
